Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both customers and ESCOBUTY from fraudulent claims, customers must record a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video when opening their package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label
  • The package being opened
  • The products received inside

Claims regarding missing items, damaged products, defective products, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, ESCOBUTY is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost Shipments
