Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns or replacement requests for products that are:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrect items shipped by ESCOBUTY
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. The video must clearly show the shipping label, outer packaging, and the product received.
Any claim regarding damaged, defective, missing, tampered, or incorrect products must be supported by a valid unboxing video. ESCOBUTY reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request that does not include sufficient video evidence.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
- A complete unboxing video
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, ESCOBUTY will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Replacements
If a replacement request is approved, ESCOBUTY will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened skincare products
- Used skincare products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
- Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or final sale events
- Change-of-mind purchases after delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return, replacement, or refund request is approved due to an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), ESCOBUTY will bear the applicable return shipping costs.
Customers may be required to cooperate with our support team during the verification process.
